Blues suffer defeat but will learn from experience
We knew we were in for a tough game today when the away side arrived with quite a few new players but being an Academy team we gave it our all. 1st quarter- we started ok and took the game to them with Calvin Wellington dominating the left hand side we created a couple of chances and then a great lob by Taylor Golding gave us the lead. Lido made a few changes and drew level through a great strike by their new striker ( he had a great game) to make it 1-1. 2nd quarter against the wind we defended well with Ryan John and Thomas Coaches Man of the Match - Calvin Wellington & Taylor Golding
