We went to the valleys with a depleted squad but in confident mood for our latest match with our new goalkeeper from Baglan Mac Carroll eager for his debut. Again playing against a younger side it was going to be difficult for the home team, however 18 minutes into the game and there was still no score. We were missing too many chances but I knew we would win the game despite the frustration that was starting to kick in.
The first goal was important and it soon came from Lloyd Jones with a one on one chance and he  rounded the keeper. In no time we were five goals up. At half time the team talk was to enjoy and make your target to try to keep a clean sheet. 20 minutes later we were 13 goals up and the last 15 minutes I approached their coach to stop the game as the cGlynorrwg players were totally depleted and i did not want that and nor did my players. We agreed and final score was 13-0 to us. well done Glyncorrwg you will learn from this season and become stronger for it.
